Privacy Notice

1. Scope

This Privacy Notice describes how Everon Technologies LLC ("Everon", "we", "us") handles personal information about the Administrators who use the Everon Admin Portal (the "Portal"). It covers your account and your activity in the Portal. Personal information about affiliates, employer contacts, employees, dependents, and plan members that you administer through the Portal is handled under the privacy policies published to those users and the agreements between Everon, its vendors, and its clients, not under this Notice.

2. Information We Collect

• Account data: your name, work email address, phone number, job title, role and permissions, vendor scope, profile picture if you add one, and login credentials (stored hashed) or a single-sign-on identifier.
• Security data: multi-factor authentication settings and one-time codes sent to you, trusted-device tokens, sign-in history with network (IP) address and browser details, and new-device alerts.
• Activity and audit data: the records you view, create, edit, approve, export, or delete; the communications you send; and administrative changes you make, each with a timestamp.
• Support and diagnostics: bug reports you submit and the diagnostic context attached to them, and messages you exchange with Everon support.
• Technical data: cookies and similar technologies strictly necessary to keep you signed in, remember your vendor scope and display preferences, and protect sign-in pages from automated abuse.

The Portal has no advertising or third-party analytics trackers.

3. How We Use Information

• To authenticate you, enforce your role and vendor scope, and keep your account secure;
• To alert you and Everon to suspicious sign-ins and to investigate security incidents;
• To maintain an audit trail of administrative actions for compliance, dispute resolution, and support;
• To attribute changes and communications to the Administrator who made them;
• To provide support and fix problems you report;
• To operate, maintain, and improve the Portal; and
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce the Terms of Use.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only:

• With the organization you represent, for example to confirm who performed an action, to provision or remove access, or as required by the agreement between Everon and that organization;
• With other users of Everon's platforms where your name or role appears as the person who made a change or sent a communication;
• With service providers that host the Portal and deliver its features (cloud hosting and storage, email and SMS delivery, bot protection, error monitoring, support tooling), each bound by contract to use the information only to provide services to us;
• When required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect Everon, its users, or others; and
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Notice.

5. Cookies

The Portal sets strictly necessary cookies for your signed session, your selected vendor scope, and your colour-scheme preference, and uses Google reCAPTCHA on sign-in pages, which is subject to Google's privacy policy and terms. Disabling necessary cookies prevents sign-in.

6. Retention

We keep account data while your access is active and for a limited period afterwards so that audit records remain attributable. Audit logs are retained for the period required by our security, compliance, and contractual obligations. Sign-in history and trusted-device records are kept for a limited, security-appropriate period and then deleted.

7. Security

Passwords are stored hashed, sessions are signed and expire on inactivity, traffic is encrypted in transit, data is encrypted at rest, access is role- and vendor-scoped, and administrative actions are logged. No system is completely secure; if we learn of an incident affecting your personal information we will notify you and your organization as required by law.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to receive a copy of it. You can update your profile in the Portal settings. For other requests, email legal@everon.tech from the address on your account. We may retain audit records where the law, our security obligations, or our agreement with your organization require it. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

9. Location of Processing

The Portal is operated from the United States. If you access it from elsewhere, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States.

10. Changes and Contact
